About us

• 2003 – We started our wholesale trading activity of semi-finished products and fittings necessary for industrial kitchen equipments
• 2004 – Altofe Ltd. had a greatest turnover of catering sinks and gastronorm containers in Hungary
• 2005 - Retailer partners sell our products in Romania and Slovakia
• 2006 - Introduction of the Aluplast push-fit-quick-assembly shelving
• 2007 – We have begun the distribution of the infrared sensor sanitery wares with cooperation of the world wide well known manufacter DMP
• 2009 – We enlarge our product-range with verified  suppliers from China and Turkey
• 2011 – The Stefinox brand is registered
• 2013 - We transfer the hole company to our new warehouse in Sóskút which is located near the motorway M7 just 15 km from Budapest. Our new stocking capacity is more than 500 euro pallets
• 2014 - We launch the commerce of Arcos professional knives
• 2016 - The II. in phase warehouse construction we opened our office and warehouse hall (capacity of over 1.000 pallets).
• 2019- Our storage capacity has been doubled and a new docking gate has been installed to assist our work. Also, our new webshop, the StefinoxHome has been launched offering premium category cooking utensils.
• 2020- Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic we operate with contactless delivery and a new barcode scanning system makes the order gathering process more easy and efficient in the storage.

The direct relationships with the manufacturers all over the world, the well-organized and modern operating circumstances, our tendentious seasonal purchases are the main elements of our strategy which renders possible to offer our products on competitive prices and in the usual excellent quality.
